1:1 Forest Therapy Experience | A Gentle Return to Nature & Self
About this Event
Step away from the pace and noise of everyday life and reconnect with yourself through a private guided forest therapy experience in nature.
This 1:1 session offers a gentle and personalised space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect through mindful nature connection, sensory awareness, reflection, and rest.
Rooted in the practice of forest bathing (also known as Shinrin-yoku), this experience is not a hike, fitness activity, or traditional talk therapy session. Instead, it is an invitation to move more slowly, awaken the senses, and notice what begins to emerge when there is less pressure to perform, achieve, or rush.
Through a series of gentle guided invitations, we will explore the natural environment at a comfortable pace, allowing space for stillness, curiosity, grounding, and self-awareness.

A gentle note

Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and walking shoes, and to bring along water, a hat/cap, or a notebook if they wish.
About Amelia Lim
Amelia is your friendly next-door neighbour who finds deep comfort in nature, animals, and meaningful human connections.
Through her work as a social worker, she has witnessed the quiet ache of burnout, loss, and caregiving. This drew her towards slower, softer paths of healing - ones rooted in nature, presence, and compassion.
She is a certified Forest Therapy Guide and Usui Reiki Master Teacher, and is currently in advanced training in Nature-Based Therapy with the Nature Based Therapy Academy, deepening her practice in holding gentle, nature-informed spaces for reflection and self-awareness.
When she’s not out wandering in nature, she’s at home being a proud cat mum to two sassy furkids who think they rule the world.
