About this Event

RAGE GURL WALK™

because bottling it up is soooo last season

Forget hot girl walks. This is a rage walk — equal parts polite girl walking with a nice dose of therapy, rebellion, and friendship cardio. We stomp, we scream, (politely… or not) we shake the grief out of our tired bones. Bring your sneakers, bring your fury, bring your "I’m fine" face that’s definitely lying.

You’ve heard of rage rooms? Cute idea. But why smash a plate when you can shake a city block with your own footsteps? Rage Gurl Walks™ are the unapologetic antidote to being told to "calm down," "smile more," or "get over it." We’re not fucking getting over it today pal. We’re walking through it — together.

THE EXPERIENCE

Each walk kicks off with a quick icebreaker (spoiler: it’s not awkward, it’s actually fun). Think friendship-bingo: "find someone who dumped their toxic ex," "find someone who rage-ate nachos at midnight." You’ll laugh, you’ll maybe tear up, but you’ll definitely meet your people.

Then we hit the pavement. Stomping, strutting, shaking to curated playlists of female rage bangers, sometimes in meditative silence. Always together. We close with a little optional share circle, where vulnerability meets victory, and then you leave lighter than you came. Sweaty, seen, and maybe even smiling for real this time. Wink.

Tickets
  • General Admission (aka "The Rage Cage") – free for this pilot szn
  • Extra Spicy (aka "My Therapist Cancelled") – still free, just sounds cooler

Every Rage Walk includes:
  • A mini ritual card to carry home.
  • Access to the official Rage Walk playlist.
  • Collective photo moments (optional).
  • Occasional surprise gifts from local indie brands.

Suggested Spotify Song:

🔥 "Killing in the Name" by Rage Against the Machine (for energy)

💿 Playlist will be shared with ticket holders.

What happens when you stop swallowing your rage and start walking with it? That’s the heartbeat of Rage Gurl Walks, where local ladies transform grief and frustration into friendship, release, and community. This isn’t about speed or distance or fitspo selfies; it’s about presence.
Step by step, we’ll release what no longer serves and reclaim the streets with our voices, bodies, and energy.

Each Rage Gurl Walk begins with a grounding moment — a quick check-in, breathwork, and intention setting. Then, as a group, we walk a set path together. Along the way, expect curated playlists, space for conversation or silence, and moments of collective witness to our true feelings and moods bubbling under the surface. You might shout, you might laugh, you might just feel the rhythm of your feet on the ground — all of it belongs.

More than just a walk, this is your new favorite permission slip to look forward to every week. In a world that often tells women to "calm down" or "be nice," Rage Walks invite you to take up space unapologetically. Whether you come with a heavy heart, bottled-up anger, or simply curiosity, you’ll leave lighter, connected, and inspired with new friends to boot!

❓ FAQs

1. Do I have to scream?

Nope, we don't really do that. You can stomp silently, hum aggressively, or just vibe. Some moments are reflective, others are loud. You’ll never be forced to do anything outside your comfort zone. Screaming optional if you have the courage; sass 100% encouraged.

2. What do I wear?

Comfortable shoes, water, and whatever makes you feel powerful or unstoppable. Some wear workout gear, some wear all black — there are no rules. Think: "if grief had a runway show in the park."

3. Do I need to come with friends?

Absolutely not. In fact, solo rage-walking is iconic. We’ve got bingo to help you make instant rage besties.

4. Will people judge me if I cry?

LOL. Society is so whack for making you feel shameful over tears. No. Tears are currency here. Spend freely.

5. Do I need to be really fit to join?

Not at all. This is a slow-to-moderate paced walk — the focus is connection with your feelings and others, not cardio.

6. What if I don’t know anyone?

Perfect. Rage Walks are designed to help you connect. Many people come solo, and we make it easy to find your crew.

7. Can I bring my friends or family for emo support?

Yes, but the vibe is especially for women, femmes, and allies who respect the space. Bring folks who understand the intention.

8. Is this therapy?

Nope. It’s community. Cheaper than therapy, hotter than yoga, and 100% judgment-free.

PS—

There may be little surprise gifts (rage-stickers? grief-core bracelets?) There will definitely be playlists you’ll want on repeat. And if you leave without at least one new bestie, we’ll personally scream into the void on your behalf.
