$5 Friday at Spin Sity : Level 1 Pole Dance classes

Floorwork: Learn many transitions and various moves not based around the pole in this class. Leg warmers are required and can be purchased at the studio or you can bring your own, as we will be crawling, kneeling and moving on the ground. This class is great for all students!

What to wear: Tank/tee/sports bra , shorts (tight)/leggings and bare feet or heels!
*leg warmers and or knee pads are strongly suggested

Pole Basics: This class will familiarize you with basic moves that are used in most all of our classes. You will learn and practice different types of walks, pirouettes and transitions as well as a basic pole spin. This class focuses on perfecting the basics before moving on to faster paced classes. This class goes over the same pole basics each time, so it is recommended you only take it once, unless you feel the need to perfect it!
