Join us on Thursdays at 7 pm for a $15 Hot Yoga class. This is a donation based class and for all of October we are donating all proceeds to San Diego's Like Minds Alliance, a nonprofit organization built by and built for neurodivergent individuals. They offer peer-based coaching, DNA-informed wellness guidance, and systemic advocacy, empowering people to finally understand how their brain works.
Modo Yoga San Diego's donation based classes are for all levels and abilities. We work on building strength, improving balance and flexibility, and opening the heart and mind. Our professionally trained hot yoga teachers will guide you through the class and you'll leave feeling completely renewed.
Bring a water bottle, yoga mat and big towel. If you need any rentals we have gear on hand for $3 each. Free parking (yay!). Our classes start on time, so please arrive 10 minutes early to get checked in. These classes are popular and busy, we recommend signing up in advance to avoid disappointment.
