Our Yin yoga class targets deep connective tissues like fascia, ligaments, and joints through a slow and mostly still, meditative practice. By holding poses longer than in styles like vinyasa, Yin yoga stretches and lengthens rarely-used tissues, teaching you to breathe through discomfort and be present with your thoughts. Yin yoga follows three principles: find your edge, remain still, and hold the pose for a set time.No heat.
